Ashley, a premier furniture retailer, is seeking a Director of Sales to oversee 12 retail showrooms and lead a high-performance sales leadership team. Based in Fredericksburg, VA, you will drive revenue growth, set strategic sales directions, and foster a culture of excellence and accountability across all locations.
You will partner with senior leadership to implement sales strategies, optimize showroom performance, and develop leadership capabilities to sustain growth and profitability.
