Job description

About Homeaglow

Homeaglow’s mission is to create happy homes. We delight customers and empower cleaning professionals by building the leading platform for home services. Today, we are the world’s largest marketplace for home cleanings. Tomorrow, we’ll be the world’s leading platform for all home services.

We are transforming the home services industry by making high-quality home cleanings more accessible, affordable, and transparent for everyone. We connect customers with independent, background-checked cleaning professionals through a modern technology platform that simplifies booking, pricing, and communication.

Why Join Homeaglow?

A True Startup Environment

Join a high-growth, entrepreneurial company where speed, ownership, and impact define the culture.

Sustained, Profitable Growth

Double-digit year-over-year growth at a nine-figure revenue scale, while serving less than 0.5% of U.S. households — with significant runway ahead.

Strong Unit Economics

Disciplined focus on LTV/CAC and long-term value creation drives sustainable expansion.

Bootstrapped & Focused

No liquidation preferences. No distracting investor pressure. Just stable priorities and long-term thinking.

Real Economic Impact

Over 100,000 cleaning professionals have earned $250M+ through our platform. Average earnings are ~50% higher than traditional hotel housekeeping roles.

Vertical Expansion Strategy

Significant opportunity to expand into adjacent services and deepen customer relationships.

Building a World-Class Team

Be part of a professional, high-caliber team scaling a category-defining platform.

The role

We're looking for a senior, hands-on revenue operations leader to own the analytical strategy and operational backbone of our inside sales organization. This isn't a pure analyst role and it isn't a pure ops manager role — it's someone who can build the forecasting models, design the quota structures, run the lead funnel diagnostics, and then actually fix what they find. You'll partner closely with Sales Engineering and report into the VP of Revenue once hired. The balance we need: deep comfort in the data paired with the instinct to translate it into operational decisions that actually move the business.

Who we need

A data-driven operator who has owned revenue ops or sales ops in a high-volume inside sales environment — someone who defaults to building infrastructure rather than running one-off reports. Proficient in SQL and Looker, strong in Excel/Sheets forecasting, and comfortable owning comp plan design. Runs autonomously in a remote, written-first culture and doesn't need a lot of hand-holding to figure out what matters.

Where the opportunity is

Build the forecasting and quota infrastructure. We don't have a rigorous, repeatable model for agent staffing forecasts or quota setting. Build it from the ground up, and own it ongoing.

Own the lead funnel. Monitor and diagnose the full lead flow — from distribution logic to handling efficiency to conversion — and partner with Sales Engineering to fix the bottlenecks.

Make the dashboards actually useful. We have Looker but the views aren't always current or trusted. Rebuild reporting so leadership and sales managers are working off the same clean numbers.

Design and run compensation. Own the comp plan mechanics for the inside sales org — monthly performance pay, SPIFs, team lead incentives — including the tracking and payout infrastructure.

Get ahead of AI displacement. This role exists in a moment where AI is starting to absorb traditional rev ops tasks. The upside: you can build a leaner, more leveraged function than anyone else has. The expectation: you'll be actively identifying what to automate.

Key Responsibilities

Own analytical strategy for the inside sales org — proactively identify data and operational needs, don't wait to be asked.

Partner with Sales Engineering to design, build, and implement dashboards, tools, and infrastructure that drive sales performance.

Design and deliver executive-level reporting: weekly sales KPIs, LTNR (Long-Term Net Revenue), and forward-looking analytics.

Own staffing forecasts, quota setting, and lead funnel monitoring end-to-end.

Manage compensation plans for 200+ agents including tracking and payout mechanics.

Manage operations analysts responsible for day-to-day Looker dashboard maintenance.

Requirements

5+ years in revenue operations or sales operations, preferably in a high-volume inside sales environment.

Strong SQL skills and hands-on Looker experience — you should be building views, not just reading them.

Expert-level Excel/Google Sheets for forecasting and workforce planning models.

Data-driven by default — comfortable with funnel math, cohort analysis, and comp plan modeling.

Organized self-starter who runs autonomously in a remote environment.

Strong written communication — essential for cross-functional collaboration and executive reporting.

Perks and Benefits

Health insurance fully covered by the company.

Parental leave.

Flexible / unlimited PTO policy.

Cleaning membership perk – Free Homeaglow membership with complimentary cleanings. Enjoy up to 2x cleanings a month, capped at $200 USD per cleaning.

Equal Opportunity Employer

Homeaglow is an equal opportunity employer. We do not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, or any other protected characteristic. We are committed to building an inclusive environment for all employees.

Accommodations

We are happy to provide reasonable accommodations for candidates with disabilities throughout our hiring process. Please let us know if you require any adjustments.

Pay Transparency

Compensation ranges are available upon request. Final offers are based on experience, skills, and location in accordance with applicable pay transparency laws.
