Job description
Cambridge Healthcare Services is seeking a Director of Risk Assessment to lead risk management across California long-term care facilities. You will work closely with the General Counsel to analyze clinical records and develop strategies to mitigate risk, ensuring CDPH compliance and proper staffing standards.
The role requires RN/LN credentials, at least 5 years in long-term care, and willingness to travel throughout California.
