Job description
Heidrick & Struggles is seeking a Director of Risk to lead client/engagement risk, vendor risk and governance across the firm. The role partners with Legal, Security, Procurement and Finance to implement compliant risk frameworks for US federal contracts and public sector engagements.
Location is Chicago or Washington, with remote options possible for the right candidate. The role owns risk registers, escalation thresholds and audit trails, and reports to the Assistant General Counsel.
