Job description
Trek Bicycle seeks a visionary Road bike leader to guide Road, Gravel, and Triathlon products from concept through launch. You will lead the Road product team, define strategy, and collaborate with design, engineering, and sales to deliver exceptional bikes and customer experiences.
You’ll manage Project One and drive market-relevant features, forecasting, and partnerships, with regular travel to partner shops and events to stay close to riders and trends.
