Job description
Director of Sales — Remote
828 Venue Co is looking for a Director of Sales to lead our sales strategy and team, drive revenue growth, and build lasting client relationships. This role will be required to manage a national team, meet financial targets and efficiently manage existing platforms.
Responsibilities & Qualifications:
Have venue sales and operational background, minimum 7 years
Required to have EOS leadership experience
CRM and Google Applications proficiency; comfortable adopting new sales technology
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to troubleshoot with available resources, multi-task, and delegate across a distributed team
Ability to travel to venues across the portfolio as needed, including on short notice
Availability virtually on evenings, weekends, and Wednesdays (team office day) required
A minimum of 40 hours per week is expected; flexibility and responsiveness outside standard business hours may be needed given portfolio scale
Must have a reliable cell phone and working computer
