Director of Sales & Demand Planning

Salary: $125-135k; Bonus Discretionary

Onsite, Columbus Ohio

• Partner across eCommerce, merchandising, production, sourcing, and inventory teams to shape business outcomes

• Leverage significant analytical depth, from team-level planning to SKU and ASIN forecasting

• Build and enhance forecasting models, reporting tools, and dashboards that improve business performance

• Help capture revenue from rapidly changing consumer demand driven by team performance and seasonal events

• Balance commercial growth opportunities with inventory productivity and profitability objectives

Key Responsibilities for the Director of Sales & Demand Planning:

• Lead annual, seasonal, monthly, and weekly sales forecasting for Amazon and reseller accounts

• Develop demand plans by team, category, style, SKU, and ASIN using sales, inventory, and market data

• Create event-driven inventory and forecast strategies around key NFL and holiday selling periods

• Identify inventory risks and recommend replenishment, production, transfer, or promotional actions

• Analyze sales, conversion, inventory availability, and marketplace performance to drive revenue growth

• Provide executive leadership with recommendations on sales outlook, inventory investment, and operational priorities

Qualifications for the Director of Sales & Demand Planning – Sports / Amazon & Resellers:

• 10+ years of experience in demand planning, sales planning, inventory planning, merchandise planning, or supply chain analytics

• Background in apparel, consumer products, retail, or eCommerce environments

• Experience managing complex SKU assortments across multiple product and seasonal dimensions

• Amazon marketplace planning experience preferred; licensed sports apparel experience highly desirable
