Job description
Segra seeks a Director of Sales Engineering to lead a geographically distributed team supporting enterprise and government customers. You will partner with Sales to align technical strategy with revenue goals, oversee complex solution design, and drive standardized practices across markets.
You will coach and develop talent, liaise with Product and Operations, and provide training on products and industry trends while ensuring a best‑in‑class customer experience from pre‑sale through activation.
