Understandshowtobuildproductiverelationshipsandinfluenceothersthroughleadership.
Operateswithahighsenseofurgencyandaccountability.
Iscomfortableusingfinancialreportsandkeyperformancemetricstomakebusinessdecisions.
Hasagrowthmindsetandviewslearningasthefoundationforsuccess.
Hasatleast2–3yearsofrealestatesalesexperienceandhasconsistentlybeenamongthetopperformersintheiroffice.
Compensation&Benefits
OnTargetEarnings:$120,000-$200,000+
Performance-basedbonusopportunities(eligibleafter60days)
