Job description
Cambria Lake Placid seeks an experienced Director of Sales to lead the property’s sales strategy and drive revenue growth across group, leisure, corporate, and local segments. You will report to the General Manager and collaborate with revenue management, marketing, and leadership to achieve occupancy and ADR goals.
The role requires 5+ years of hotel sales leadership, strong relationships, CRM proficiency, and a proven track record in optimizing revenue.
