Job description
Park Square Homes in Tampa and South Florida seeks a Director of Sales to drive revenue, customer satisfaction, and operational excellence across active communities. Reporting to the Vice President of Sales, you will oversee the day-to-day execution of sales strategies and lead Sales Counselors.
The role requires 7–10 years of sales management in homebuilding, with strong coaching, market insight, and the ability to align pricing, launches, and incentives with company goals.
