Location: Lansing, IL (Weekly field travel in Chicagoland, Milwaukee, & Indianapolis)
Position Type: Full-Time, Exempt
Compensation: $130,000 – $150,000 Base | $169,000 – $195,000 Target Total Cash + Bonus + Company Vehicle

The Opportunity
We are targeting 25% to 50% growth over the next year. We need a Director of Sales to own our revenue targets, lead our field sales team, and scale an outbound route motion that already drives high-value deals. You’ll inherit a solid foundation—a defined Sales Operating Guide and HubSpot CRM—and turn it into a high-performing engine.
What You Will Own
The Sales Team: Lead, recruit, and coach outside sales reps across three markets, plus a Sales Development Rep (SDR).
Field Execution: Drive weekly ride-alongs and field coaching. Run 1:1s, pipeline reviews, and weekly EOS leadership scorecards.
Revenue & Process: Own the forecast, territory quotas, and pipeline hygiene in HubSpot.
Outbound & Strategy: Refine our in-person folder drop strategy and manage multi-market accounts alongside executive leadership.
What We’re Looking For
7+ years in B2B sales with 3+ years directly leading field sales reps.
Experience selling recurring commercial services to multi-site decision-makers (property management, facilities, etc.).
Proven ability to enforce CRM hygiene (HubSpot preferred) and make pipeline data trusted.
Hands-on coaching style with a passion for field ride-alongs and route sales.
AI Tool Proficiency: Comfort using AI directly for pipeline analysis, account planning, and proposals.
Willingness to work from our Lansing, IL office and travel weekly within regional markets.
What We Offer
Base Salary: $130k – $150k + 30% quarterly variable bonus target.
