Accor in Miami seeks a dynamic Director of Sales & Marketing to lead the Sales, Marketing, Catering and Convention Services for a 275-room hotel in the business district. You will drive revenue growth, set strategic goals and partner with stakeholders to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
You will oversee the PR team, create campaigns across social, print and digital media, and ensure adherence to brand guidelines while maximizing profitability and guest satisfaction.
