Job description
Margaritaville Resort Orange Beach The Wharf seeks a Director of Sales & Marketing to shape the resort's market entry. You will build the commercial foundation, recruit and lead the team, and partner with stakeholders to drive pre-opening demand across groups, leisure, and partnerships.
You will establish pricing, brand strategy, and multi-channel marketing while coordinating with branding, PR, and partners to create a strong launch ecosystem for a premier Gulf Coast destination.
