Confidential, a growing residential construction company in Eastern North Carolina near Rocky Mount, is seeking an experienced Director of Sales & Marketing to lead its inside sales organization and drive growth.
You will work with the President & CEO to shape sales strategy, pricing, promotions, and marketing direction, build a high-performing team, and enhance CRM, digital marketing, and AI-enabled initiatives.
