Job description
Franciscan Village is seeking a Director of Sales & Marketing – Expansion to lead occupancy, pre‑sales, and marketing across multiple service lines. This role drives the transition to a Life Plan/entrance‑fee community with a strong focus on strategy, branding, and ROI.
The ideal candidate will have 5+ years in senior living sales, and experience guiding expansions, including pre‑sales and deposits, while mentoring a high‑performing team to achieve occupancy and revenue goals.
