Job description
Director of Sales is a key leadership role responsible for driving occupancy and revenue goals across multiple campuses. This position oversees all sales and leasing activities, leads a high-performing team, and ensures a personalized, prospect-centered approach to every interaction. The Director of Sales collaborates closely with marketing and operations to align strategies and deliver outstanding results. Fellowship Square is a leading senior living organization committed to providing exceptional care and vibrant communities for Independent Living, Assisted Living, and Memory Care residents. Develop and execute annual sales plans to achieve occupancy and revenue targets.
Lead and mentor the sales team, setting performance standards and fostering a positive culture.
Implement the Prospect-Centered Sales® model using Aline® CRM for personalized engagement.
Manage leasing activities from initial contact through move-in, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
Collaborate with marketing to align messaging and lead generation strategies.
Prepare and analyze sales reports, budgets, and forecasts for leadership.
Represent Fellowship Square at community events and maintain strong relationships with prospects and families.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
7-10 years of progressive sales experience, including 3+ years in a leadership role.
Proven success in senior living or related industry preferred.
Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
Proficiency in CRM systems (Aline® experience a plus).
