Job description
About Alchemy
Alchemy is the fastest growing company building in-house pharmacies for safety-net clinics (340B covered entities). We partner with STD clinics, Ryan White programs, and FQHCs to ensure patients living with HIV and Hepatitis C can access life-saving medication, on-site, same-day, and with the full financial benefit flowing back to the clinic.
We’ve raised $31M from Andreessen Horowitz, Magic Johnson Enterprises, and The Banc of California, and we’re scaling fast. Our team has deep clinical pharmacy, technology, and operations experience. Collectively, we have spent 18 years in Africa building the largest HIV access program in the world, and we have set up, operated and scaled pharmacies that have dispensed over 25M+ prescriptions to patients across all 50 states in the US. After setting up a clinic’s in-house pharmacy, we design and implement clinical pharmacy programs and deploy technology products that leverage the pharmacy to expand patient reach, improve clinical outcomes, and increase the financial impact of their 340B program.
If you're a mission-driven sales leader looking for a rare corner of U.S. healthcare where better patient outcomes and better financial results go hand in hand, this is your opportunity.
Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end sales cycles with 340B covered entities, including STD clinics, Ryan White grantees, and FQHCs
Actively build, develop, and manage a robust sales pipeline through both existing relationships and new outreach strategies
Create, test, and optimize innovative lead generation strategies to identify and qualify new potential covered entities
Educate potential clients on the benefits of establishing clinic-owned, in-house pharmacy solutions through Alchemy's services and clinical programs
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation of Alchemy's solutions
Serve as the voice of the customer, providing valuable market insights to product and operations teams
Represent Alchemy at industry conferences, events, and stakeholder meetings
Track and report on sales activities, pipeline development, and revenue forecasts in our CRM and in weekly team meetings
Qualifications
5+ years of healthcare sales experience
3+ years of 340B program experience strongly preferred
Proven track record of successfully closing complex, high-value deals from initial outreach to executed contracts

Willingness to travel to client sites and industry events up to 30%-40% of the time
