Join FlexAI as the Director of Sales, executing high-impact sales strategies to expand market share, close enterprise AI deals, and scale revenue growth.
Position Overview
Lead go-to-market strategy, drive quota attainment, and build executive-level relationships with AI-first startups, CSPs, OEMs, and hyperscalers.
Key Responsibilities
Lead go-to-market strategy for RTM2 (AI startups & direct AI buyers) with rapid deal cycles and expansion opportunities.
Extend sales motions to RTM1 (OEMs & hyperscalers) and CSP-driven partnerships.
Drive quota attainment, forecasting, and execution to exceed aggressive revenue targets.
Own pipeline development, sales process optimization, and scalable revenue strategies.
Recruit, train, and lead a high-performing AI & compute sales team.
What You’ll Need
10+ years in enterprise sales leadership, focused on AI, Compute, Cloud, or HPC markets.
Track record closing multi-million-dollar deals with startups, hyperscalers, OEMs, or CSPs.
Experience managing both direct and partner-driven sales motions.
What We Offer
Competitive Compensation: $200,000 base salary, with OTE of $350,000 – $450,000.
