Job description
Midwest Transit Equipment, Inc. is seeking a Director of Sales to lead strategic sales initiatives and supervise Regional Sales Managers across our network. You will develop plans to meet targets, track performance, and adjust strategies to win new customers and grow market share.
The ideal candidate has 5+ years of sales management experience, a Bachelor's degree, and excellent communication skills. Dealership sales experience and Salesforce proficiency are preferred, with travel to trade shows
