Coury Hospitality is excited to announce an opening for a Director of Sales at the Seahaus Hotel in Atlantic City, New Jersey.
About The Seahaus Hotel
Perched along the vibrant Atlantic City coastline, The Seahaus Hotel blends elevated coastal charm with contemporary design, offering guests a refined yet relaxed seaside experience. The property reflects Coury Hospitality's signature commitment to authenticity, storytelling, and service that resonates long after checkout.
The Director of Sales will lead the hotel's overall sales strategy and execution - driving revenue across group, leisure, and business transient segments while overseeing catering sales and partnerships. As a key member of the hotel's Executive Committee, this leader plays an instrumental role in positioning The Seahaus Hotel as Atlantic City's premier destination for both business and leisure travelers.

You bring proven experience in hotel sales, preferably in full-service or lifestyle properties.
You're a confident communicator with the ability to influence and inspire.
You thrive in a fast-paced, competitive market and always aim higher.
You're adept with industry tools and systems, with experience in CRM and sales platforms (Hilton, Marriott, or independent systems a plus).
Qualification Standards
Education:
Bachelor's degree preferred, or 2-5 years of experience in hotel sales and marketing.
Licenses/Certificates: None required.
Appearance: All curators must maintain a neat, clean, and professional appearance in accordance with Coury Hospitality standards.
