Total Compensation Potential: $140,000 – $190,000+

What You'll Earn
Home Care & Senior Living Placement Uncapped Commission: $60,000 – $90,000+ (performance based)
The Role
We're looking for a Director of Sales to lead our growth in the Torrance and South Bay territory, with room to expand across Los Angeles County. This role suits someone equal parts caring and hungry: driven to grow a territory, and genuinely invested in helping families through one of the hardest decisions they'll face.
What You'll Do
Drive direct sales. 10 to 12 in person and virtual outreach calls a day, plus consultations that guide families through the admission process.
Build referral relationships. Grow partnerships with hospitals, skilled nursing facilities, home health, hospice, and community organizations.
Own senior living placement. Manage the full placement process for RCFE, Assisted Living, and Memory Care, from assessment through move in.
Represent HCP locally. Attend networking events and lunch and learns, and build lasting relationships with referral partners.
Track performance. Keep the CRM current and report on pipeline, conversion, and placement outcomes.
What You Bring
A proven track record in sales or business development, with the ability to grow a territory
Experience with pipeline management, forecasting, and CRM tools
A client centered approach and genuine care for families navigating hard decisions
Experience coaching or managing a team
Background in healthcare, home care, or senior living is a strong plus
Strong communication and presentation skills
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
Ability to travel within the Torrance and South Bay territory
