Job description
Madeira Beach Courtyard is seeking a dynamic Director of Sales to drive revenue growth and build lasting client relationships. You will lead strategic sales initiatives, collaborate with the leadership team, and manage the Sales Department to meet budget targets.
The role requires a minimum of 5 years in sales, hospitality industry knowledge, and excellent communication skills. Flexibility for weekends/holidays/varied shifts is expected to support hotel operations.
