Job description
Swing Kingdom in Leola, PA is seeking a Director of Sales to lead our wholesale and retail channels. You will build a high-performing team, define sales strategies, and drive revenue growth while nurturing key customer relationships.
You'll collaborate with Marketing, Operations, and leadership to align goals, optimize pricing, and expand market presence. Travel to dealer visits and industry events will be necessary.
