Director of Scheduling Data Centers (Owner Operator)
Location: Texas
I’m partnered with an international owner and operator of hyperscale data centers, who are looking to hire a Director of Scheduling for their US team, with an immediate focus in Texas and South region, leading a team of 4 project schedulers.
This is a strategic leadership role responsible for orchestrating the end-to-end delivery of data centers across the South region, owning the integrated master schedule across all active projects and ensuring seamless cross-functional alignment and proactive risk mitigation.
Snapshot of Requirements:
10+ years of progressive experience in scheduling of hyperscale data centers
Ownership of an integrated master schedule across multiple simultaneous projects with a combined value of $150M+
Mastery of advanced scheduling tools (Primavera P6 and/or MS Project/ including WBS design, resource and cost loading, critical path and float management, and schedule risk analysis)
Leadership experience, track record of leading and growing scheduling teams
Willingness to travel to HQ and project sites
