Job description
The University Press of Kentucky, based in Lexington, KY, seeks an innovative Director to lead a 15-17 person team and set the strategic path for the Press. Reporting to the Dean of Libraries, the Director will oversee acquisitions, editorial, production, marketing, sales, and partnerships, ensuring program quality and financial performance.
Responsibilities include developing the budget and revenue strategy, fostering external funding, representing the Press to university and statewide
