Job description
Equitable Facilities Fund (EFF) seeks a Director of School Lending and Underwriting to lead underwriting and investment analysis for charter school financings. You will manage 10–12 transactions per year, balance credit quality with social impact, and coordinate with Lending, Outreach, and Asset Management teams to create strong borrower experiences.
The ideal candidate has 6+ years in mission‑driven finance, extensive due diligence experience for charter schools, and a track record of driving
