Job description

ProMedica Shared Services, LLC, Flower Hospital, is seeking a Director of Security Management to safeguard patients, staff, volunteers and visitors by coordinating security operations across ProMedica campuses.

You will plan and maintain a protective security system, manage visitor control and access procedures, and develop employee safety sessions for new employee orientation. This role reports to Centralized Security Management and requires experience leading security teams.
