Job description
Four Seasons Jacksonville is seeking a Director of Security & Safety to lead, in a pre-opening and ongoing operation, a world-class security program protecting guests, residents, employees, and assets. You will establish security operations from the ground up, fostering a culture of safety, preparedness, and exceptional service.
Reporting to hotel leadership, you will recruit and develop a high-performing security team, implement risk management programs, and ensure compliance with Four Seasons
