Job description
Avamere at Park Place in Portland, OR is seeking a Director of Sales and Outreach to drive occupancy for independent living, assisted living, and memory care. You will lead sales, marketing, and outreach, guiding prospective residents and families through the transition into our communities.
You will manage the full sales cycle, build referral partnerships with healthcare professionals, conduct tours, plan marketing events, and collaborate with nursing and admin teams to ensure smooth move-ins.
