Job description
Samaritan Medical Center in Watertown, NY seeks a Director, SFHN and Specialty Clinics to translate the division's strategic vision into operating plans and measurable targets, and to lead major clinic openings, relocations, and service-line changes.
You will direct daily clinic operations, supervise managers, oversee revenue-cycle performance, ensure HIPAA and quality compliance, partner with physicians, and drive performance through Lean or similar methodologies.
