Eckerd Connects' Laredo Job Corps Center in Texas is seeking a Social Development Director to supervise Residential Living Counseling, CPP, and Recreation/Fitness/Health Programs, ensuring compliant, effective social development operations.
The role plans and coordinates department activities, provides staff training, manages staff performance, and schedules dorm and recreation services. A HS diploma is required; a Bachelor's degree is preferred, with a minimum of one year supervisory experience.
