Job description
StoneBridge Senior Living is seeking a Social Services Director to plan, organize, supervise and direct all administrative and operational activities of the Social Services Department in accordance with federal, state, and local standards, guidelines, and the facility’s established policies and procedures.
As a leader, you will ensure compliant service delivery, coordinate care planning, assist residents with access to community resources, and document activities in medical records.
