Job description
Laconia-Nursing-Home- is seeking a Director of Social Services to lead the Social Services Department. This role reports directly to the Nursing Home Administrator and ensures residents' emotional and social needs are met in alignment with federal, state, and local standards.
The ideal candidate will bring LPN/RN credentials, LMSW preferred, and 2–4 years of management experience in a licensed skilled nursing facility, with bilingual English/Spanish being a plus.
