Job description
Ridgewood at the Woodlands in The Woodlands, TX is seeking an experienced Director of Social Services licensed as a Social Worker. The role focuses on meeting residents’ physical, mental, and psychological needs and requires PCC skills, discharge planning proficiency, and strong organization in a fast-paced setting.
Candidate must have prior Director of Social Services experience in a Long Term Care environment and be licensed in Texas.
