Job description
Citizens Memorial Hospital in Bolivar, Missouri seeks a Director for our Social Services Department to provide strategic leadership and compassionate oversight of social work across hospital, clinic, long-term care and home care settings.
You will lead a team of social workers, partner with physicians, nursing, care management and community allies to promote high-quality, patient-centered care, and advance initiatives addressing social determinants of health. This is a full-time, day-shift role.
