Job description
Harmony Palos Heights is seeking a Social Services Director to join our skilled nursing team. You will lead social work services, coordinate discharges, and participate in care conferences to meet residents’ social and emotional needs.
Qualified candidates hold a BSW or similar degree and have 2+ years in a social work role, preferably in healthcare. Prior Director experience is preferred, with opportunities for growth and a comprehensive benefits package.
