Lake Air Products is seeking a Director of Sourcing to design and execute a strategic procurement program across raw materials, components, and equipment. You will lead a team, set category strategies, and drive supplier performance to maximize value for the company.
Collaborating with Engineering, Operations, Quality, and Finance, you will ensure competitive pricing, available materials, and continuous improvement across multiple manufacturing locations in New Hope, MN.
