Job description
Medline Industries, LP seeks a Director of Specialty Sales-Laboratory (Agriculture) to oversee field sales specialist programs and drive profitability in line with company vision. You will lead Sales Associates and related programs, coaching staff and expanding training structures.
The role requires at least 5 years in sales or business development, healthcare industry experience, and strong leadership with budget and policy oversight. Travel up to 50% is expected; MBA is preferred.
