Job description
Boston Legacy FC is seeking a Director of Sporting Human Resources to serve as the HR business partner for the club's sporting side. You will handle employee relations, investigations, coaching, and performance management in a high-performance, start-up environment.
Travel to matches and events is required, with a primary on-site presence in Massachusetts. Experience in professional sports and HR training design is highly valued.
