Job description
Red Bank Family YMCA in Red Bank, NJ is seeking a Camp, Sports & Enrichment Director to provide strategic leadership and oversight for youth and adult sports, recreation programs, enrichment initiatives, special events, and summer camp operations at the Red Bank branch.
The role requires program development, staff leadership, budget oversight, community engagement, risk management, and program quality to strengthen YMCA impact and promote healthy living for families and youth.
