Job description

Del Rosa Villa Post Acute is seeking a Director of Staff Development to lead facility orientation, in-service training, and a certification program for nursing assistants. You will collaborate with the DON and Administrator to uphold high-quality care and provide direct resident care as needed.

The ideal candidate has RN or LVN licensure, a BSN preferred, and 1+ year of direct patient care plus education planning experience in long-term care, with 2+ years LTC experience preferred.
