Job description

Elbit America, Inc. in seeks a Director, Chief of Staff, Office of the CTO (Finance) to act as a strategic and operational partner to the CTO, increasing the CTO's capacity to lead a complex technology organization. This role reports directly to the CTO.

The Chief of Staff coordinates priorities across engineering, program execution, business operations, and strategy, preparing executive-level materials and briefing the CTO for key decisions and engagements.
