Job description
The Pharmacy Hub in Fort Lauderdale, FL is seeking an exceptional sterile compounding pharmacist to build, lead, and continuously improve a modern compounding operation from the ground up.
This role entails mentoring a team of pharmacists and technicians, ensuring strict USP / compliance, and developing robust quality systems. You will collaborate with Engineering, Facilities, Regulatory, and R&D to scale production while maintaining inspection readiness.
