Job description
Our Client, a well-respected Brand and Retailer in the Cannabis industry, is expanding and actively seeking an experienced retail leader to drive growth and excellence at one of the biggest and busiest Cannabis Dispensaries in the region.
You’ll own the day-to-day performance of the store, lead and develop a large retail team, drive sales and customer experience, and make sure the operation runs efficiently, compliantly, and at a high level.
What we’re looking for:
• Proven GM or senior retail leadership experience in a high-volume environment (leading teams of 30+)
• Strong track record leading, coaching, and developing large teams
• Highly metrics-driven with a strong understanding of sales, KPIs, labor, inventory, and operational performance
• Cannabis retail experience strongly preferred
• Comfortable in a fast-paced environment where there’s always something happening
• A hands-on leader who can balance people, performance, and compliance
