Job description
The Home Depot is seeking a Director of Operations Strategy to act as an internal consultant and strategic leader. You will drive high-impact initiatives across store operations, partnering with Product, Technology, and Analytics to shape strategy and deploy tech-enabled solutions for associates and customers.
You will lead complex business problems from definition to implementation, evaluate emerging technologies, and develop AI-driven use cases to support enterprise priorities.
