Job description
eShipping seeks a Director of Account Management to lead a team of Account Managers and develop strategies that improve retention and grow existing accounts. The role will manage a key account and work with internal support teams to execute customer strategies, while monitoring KPIs and advancing account goals.
The Director will maintain deep understanding of company capabilities and growth strategy, coach executives, and travel as needed to client meetings to ensure satisfaction and performance.
