Job description
Genentech, part of the Roche group, seeks a seasoned Change Management leader to guide CMG strategy and execute large-scale transformations. You will balance strategic advisory work with hands-on delivery, coaching senior leaders and driving adoption across the organization.
Based at Genentech’s South San Francisco campus, you will monitor outcomes, report to senior leadership, and shape sustainable change programs across functions in a regulated biotech environment.
