Job description
Nestlé Waters & Premium Beverages (NWPB) is seeking a Director of Customer Account to lead and grow key customer relationships, drive revenue, and coach a high-performance sales team. You will align cross-functional resources, develop strategic plans, and ensure customer needs are represented across the organization.
You will lead development of Customer Business Plans and Category Roadmaps, collaborate with senior customer executives, and drive Must Win Battles.
