DISA Uranium is seeking a Director of Corporate Development to evaluate strategic growth opportunities across the uranium sector. The role blends geology, mining, strategy and transactions, requiring both technical understanding and commercial acumen to prioritize capital deployment.
The successful candidate will lead due diligence, structure deals, and develop concise recommendations for senior management, collaborating with geology, engineering, permitting, operations, finance and legal teams.
